We are equipped with the best in class designing tool software such as UG NX 12, Solid Works, Del Cam software and Draft Sight 12. After the designing process machining is carried on VMC, CNC or EDM as per requirement.
DESIGNING

ASSEMBLY
The drawing of the child part is then assembled after designing process. Blur matching of the core and cavity enhances the efficiency and precision of the product being developed.
TRIAL
At SSDM we provide real time trial of the dies or as per the requirement of our customer. We have best in class machinery for trial process. We possess two DESMA 250 ton for both Injection and Compression vacuum.
